All students are expected to attend information sessions arranged by the ECE Department.

Academic Advising is available to facilitate your success in the program. The most obvious role of the Advisor is to assist students in program planning and course selection. We can also help you to understand academic regulations and/or connect you to other student services at the university.

Please see Irina Pavich, the undergraduate program assistant, if you have administrative issues concerning course registration, forms submission, schedule conflict requests, verifying your degree planning spreadsheet and other related administrative tasks.

The fastest way to get your forms approved is to collect signatures from your course instructors (if required) then drop them with Irina Pavich in Walter Light Hall 416. Irina will expedite signatures from the UG Chair as quickly as possible.

Contact your ECE Advisor when you are seeking advice about your program and graduation requirements, selection of technical elective courses and stream of specialization, and available project and research options.

As Student Advisors, we are happy to provide you with assistance and advice; however, please note that each student is personally responsible for meeting the graduation requirements of his/her own program.
